ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT SHORTNING TRANSACTION TIMES

Dear Customer,

From August 29, 2022, clearing and settlement activities for securities transactions will be carried out according to the new time frame specified in the Regulation on clearing and settlement activities for securities transactions attached to Decision No. 109/QD -VSD. Clearing time will be shortened from 4:00 p.m. on T+2 to after 11:30 on T+2 for CP, CCQ, and ETF. Accordingly, Investors will receive securities and sale proceeds before 1:00 p.m. on T+2 to conduct transactions in the afternoon session of the same day.

For example: Investors who buy or sell securities on August 25, 2022 (T+0 day) will receive securities and money before 1pm on August 29, 2022 (T+2 day) to trade in the afternoon session.
