Current position at the public company\/ relationship with the public company: An entity related to an insider.<\/p>\n<p>3. Ticker symbol for the proposed forced sale: <strong>KOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4. Number of shares expected to be sold in the forced sale: 1,396,000 shares.<\/p>\n<p>5.
