{"id":14694,"date":"2026-02-12T11:04:36","date_gmt":"2026-02-12T04:04:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vixs.vn\/?page_id=14694"},"modified":"2026-07-30T14:24:05","modified_gmt":"2026-07-30T07:24:05","slug":"general-regulations","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vixs.vn\/en\/support\/general-regulations","title":{"rendered":"General regulations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Same-day trading: Customers can buy and sell the same stock on the same day.<\/p>\n<p>Placing offsetting orders (Simultaneous buy\/sell):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Not allowed: Placing both buy and sell orders for the same security simultaneously in the same periodic matching session.<\/li>\n<li>Except for orders that were entered into the system in the previous continuous trading session, not yet matched but still valid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Customers must ensure they have sufficient securities when placing a sell order and sufficient margin when placing a buy order as required.<\/p>\n<p>Placing orders during lunch break (11:30 AM \u2013 1:00 PM):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customers can place new orders (pending orders) for the afternoon session via online service.<\/li>\n<li>Orders are stored in the VIX system and transferred to the Stock Exchange at the start of the afternoon session.<\/li>\n<li>Customers can modify\/cancel these pending orders before they are transferred to the Stock Exchange&#8217;s system.<\/li>\n<li>Pre-hours order placement: VIX offers pre-hours order placement services for stocks, ETFs, and warrants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pre-hours order placement time: from 8:00 PM.<\/p>\n<p>Cash and securities settlement time: Before 1:00 PM on weekdays.<\/p>\n<p>Time regulations for advance payment on sales via online trading channels: From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Same-day trading: Customers can buy and sell the same stock on the same day.
